We want you to love your Pixi glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on most products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include any promotional gifts received.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
